Snake (without the bail) is about 12x5mm.  Snake (and chain) are solid, sterling silver.

You can also choose from either a sterling silver long and short chain - either thin or thick.  Chain will be 17 inches but just leave a note when checking out if you would like a customized length (up to 22 inches).
