Tiny, opal gemstone drops  hang from gold fill earwires that have a threader backing.  Each gemstone drop has 5 gemstones that have been wire wrapped in 14 karat gold fill.  Drop hangs about 1.5 inches

The back box chain and post can be threaded through multiple piercings.
