An amethyst skull shaped gemstone has been bezel set and adorned from a sterling silver hand forged circle.  A 6mm rose quartz gemstone has been bezel set on the top of the circle.   Everything hangs on 18 inches of sterling silver chain.  The skull/circle/gemstone trio is about 1.75 inches.
